Today our class are making jelly. First inside an empty bowl add the jelly crystals. The crystals are a solid.

Next we add 100ml of hot water.  The water is a liquid. The crystals begin to change and turned into bright red liquid, because it dissolves in the hot water.

Lastly we mixed the jelly liquid and poured this into small cups. The small cups were on a tray placed into the fridge overnight.

The next day the jelly was set and turned into a solid. It tasted really nice.

 

 

Our focus question for this term as our inquiry:  How can I belong in the places that are important to me.

This is a picture of myself.  I chose a Maori weaving pattern and Pasifika Island flowers.

I enjoy swimming, soccer, riding my bike and playing basketball.  These are my favourite activities I like at school and home.
